About Us

Hello! I am Bec, and I welcome you to Bloom Assessment & Therapy. 

I have experience working in private practice, school and institutional settings providing assessment and therapeutic services.   My jam is psychological assessments!  I am super passionate about assessing and discovering an individual’s barriers and strengths.  I love to explore the nuances that people have in learning, paying attention, or interacting in social situations.  I have experience in a vast array of assessments and my absolute joy comes from uncovering barriers, making attainable recommendations to target these difficulties and providing feedback to help clients understand themselves, their strengths, and their vulnerabilities.  I have been embedded in school environments and know what can be done and what works.  I write reports in a way that all parties, from parents to teachers to other professionals, can understand.  My recommendations are on point, and I take a human first, collaborative approach to assessment and therapy.  My job is to help you understand yourself and help you bloom.

In my free time you will find my husband and I child wrangling four beautiful, active children who apparently have boundless energy!  I love sitting in front of a fire, curling up with a good book, and listening to rain falling on the roof. I am an AFL fan (Go CATS) and generally love sports.  Technology is my nemesis and I live for real life experiences and making wonderful memories with people I love.
